I won't be participating. I already have sufficient exposure to QXR, and my average is 1.5 cents already. I loaded up in the last 9 months in anticipation of what I believe has already taken long enough, and would have hoped we'd have had some more news before this raising. But, it is what it is and I am happy to hold my shares, still in anticipation. 1.5 cents was where I had personally drawn the line, and I'm glad that it has been done no lower that this.
Now it is time QXR finds something of substance to reward those who have been here long enough to have every right to expect something decent.
