ABB paid $150 bonus for referring a friend in May. So, it's looks for me like they have a problem with new clients as well as exiting clients going to cheaper provider (for example Tangerine, which is cheaper generally, but also giving a good discount for first 6 month ($44 per month 25mbps Tangerine compare with $69 with ABB)
So for me all this is not a good sign.
