2.3 If you are the only registered holder of a holding of Shares, but you receive more
than one offer (for example, due to multiple registered holdings), you may only
apply in aggregate for one maximum parcel of New Shares.
2.4 Joint holders of Shares will be taken to be a single registered holder of Shares
for the purposes of determining whether they are an Eligible Shareholder and a
certification under Clause 7.1(k) by one joint holder will be effective in respect of
