This capital raising process has been a disaster. My level of confidence in the management is in free-fall. I am feeling very remiss that i didn't sell at $1.90 and now able to buy shares below the $1.31 offer price in the SPP. I can only imagine that those who subscribed for the large placement at $1.27 feeling the same way. Discinclined to take up my $30k worth of shares at this point. Concerned that further liquidiation could see the price fall back to $1.00.
