There's always indecision about the future when a CR occurs it seems.
Also a bit of selling pressure above 20c where people want to swap out their holdings >20c and buy back in in the SPP at 20c. Even 21c gives you a 5% return with a guaranteed re-entry.
Personally I am in for the long haul so the small moves aren't a worry. Essentially buying a >35c share for 20c seems like a bargain to me. So I am on the accumulation phase still.
