An experience with a SPP with another company (and probably a different share registry platform) was that people who didn't have their details perfectly up to date, or had an abbreviation for their middle name or one letter slightly different, ran into various issues. Everyone gets their money back in the end, but to avoid hoops and ladders with the refund process and also the allocation process with your broker, just keep an eye out on where the shares will be registered, and make sure all your details are consistent between the share registry and your online broker, and your bank account details are uploaded to the PDN share registry (if applicable).
