It's an interesting take on the reasoning for SP manipulation.
At the end of the day it's probably better to wait to the last minute to see if the SP holds and buy on market if it goes below the SPP price provided you still think there's value in the stock at those prices. That is to say if you were prepared to participate at 0.047 then why wouldn't you buy at 0.044 and get the stock cheaper.
My sense is that, as it happens for most start up companies with billions of shares on issue, they will continue to do CR and dilute the share base and if things start going well there will be a consolidation 1: 3 or 1:4 or greater.
I would think the biggest headwind that this company faces is a human resource one and in the fullness of time cost of manufacturing. But of course the company could strike it rich and go to $1.00 overnight but does anyone think that this company could be worth over $3b so quickly.
