I know that's a rhetorical question, but Vince has the narrative in place that they have been working closely with the EPA for years and environmental approvals are close to completion..
Too many savvy investors can work out a rough timelime for approvals, so announcing that the envivo application for the processing plant was only just submitted, it could pose tricky questions for the timeline Vince continues to run with.
As some have suggested, approvals could be rushed through with a govenrmental hand, but I know no details on that so can't comment,,, but to answer the original question, obviously this piece of news doesn't fit the narrative so it's not getting an announcement..
At least I think that is the case.
