Agreed. Everything being said so far i agree. Many benefits to v batteries. I'm only saying that i think most people will not see it as advertising for lithium is so successful.
answer this for instance, when you think of electric cars, which brand comes to mind? Tesla right? What battery has been installed on an electrical grid in Australia? Tesla right? Are they the only manufacturer? Are they the best?
Advertising works with the masses, simples. Vanadium just isn't known yet which will be one of the challenges for companies like ours that produce batteries.
I already know which battery I'd choose if i had the money and was installing a battery at home. I'm invested in v because I believe it is a superior option in the right market sector.
the low sp is giving me opportunity to top up my holdings. They'll go to bottom draw for a couple years and hopefully Mr market agrees with my (our by the sounds of it) conviction. I just don't see vanadium value growth if it's only market is current metals additive, it needs to move mainstream to batteries.
so it's clear, my two v holdings are srn and avl and previously i held rfx until the Chinese fiasco.
it's weekend and finally the shiny hot thing upstairs powering our panels is showing itself in northern nsw.
