Seems like my idea to attach options 1 for 1 has fallen for deaf ears. I'm not sure about the legalities of the idea, and maybe the so-called sophisticated investors raising M20 $ would feel deceived I don't know. After all it means more dollars into the coffers when they are converted despite a small dilution that at least participants are part of. Is it a crazy idea or maybe impossible to implement. I'm willing to hear any critique from people with more knowledge on this subject than me...
