I assume so, according to the SPP booklet, but maybe I'm missing something.

I also haven't seen any director notices to show how many shares each director purchased in the SPP, but surely they took part in the SPP and showed good faith in the company, so I'm wondering when we will get these notices.

When will they release an announcement letting shareholders know the result of the SPP?

I participated by buying on market for .043c, the SPP helped drive the S P down. The big smart money got out early and now are getting in early. Every PRECIOUS METALS MINER was down badly this week but now on the way back up, plenty of money to be made at these buy points.
