It begs the question who the board is working for? I don’t think it is the shareholders from where I am standing imo.
Anyway, they are going to get the $3m either way whether shareholders participate or not since cannacord is underwriting the shortfall for a 2% lead manager fee plus 4% for any shortfall placed!
So can the management provide an explanation to the shareholders on why all the directors did not opt to cover the full shortfall!! The directors are definately not short of a bob or too!
