I always thought investing was you you own beneficial outcome. As a retail investor, I know that companies don't think that highly of them as they hold 20% and give you 80% of the problems. The old 80/20 rule. Institutional investors know the game and don't have emotion on their side.
When you go shopping at a store that is having a sale, do you offer the shop owner full retail? I would imagine no.
