That was a 3:16 entitlement issue or rights issue whatever you want to call it so you get 'rewarded' for having shares.
This is just a quick & dirty SPP where you can apply for $30,000 worth if you own 1x share - makes it quicker & cheaper & easier for instos etc to get a gut full of shares.
I guess you can call them both a CR - just different way for the pigs to suck money
