100% correct.... both Ian's have to prove themselves now...
I am not in agreeance with the salary Ian Holland has received straight up, I would have preferred a lower salary with a bonus or incentive/progress bonus either in shares or cash...so I hope they both don't think they will be in 1st gear like they have been for many years now.
we need to move so much quicker now to capitalize on the current gold price rise and possible bull market around the corner...
