Regarding the use of the CR funds: I'd forgotten about the $250k convertible notes repayment due on the 24/07/24. The convertible notes repayment wasn't mentioned in the $1.6M CR announcement dated 06/03/24, but it does get mentioned as item (c) in the SPP announcement on 02/04/24 under the CR funds allocation caveat of "It is intended"...

So, Cosmo Gold tenement expenditure obligations ($500k) + convertible note repayment ($250k) seems to suggest that around $750,000 of the CR funds will expeditiously evaporate during ADG's extended planning phase for delayed site drilling.
