    Pretty simple…Co gets the money, already announced GR land acquisition & US $330mil loan, so is more derisked since SPP announced. Spend $30k get free options of $187500, and in 2 years time if you see the price being over 12c you can make good coin.
    Reckon Co will release a Jorc by closing time as well- but that’s just my opinion.
    Since raise announce fundamentals far better- but that’s just me- and I know that you’ll point out the negatives- because, that’s just you.
