Considering the EXIM Ann I think it's less likely that Koch will own any part of GR I base this on the loan amount as it is roughly 60% and is line with ASN statements.

There is still a possibility that Koch could JV for the 40% that's left or the 15% you state but that wouldn't align with ASN statements that state ASN will raise the 40% with equity .
Where that Equity comes from well there are a few sources a Project Capital Raise is one an OTA product forward payment is another a sophisticated investor placement is another .

The 2nd option is interesting as there is still hypothetically 60% + in product production to still be locked into an OTA !

The last option could be Koch but it also could be LG or it even could be Ford or someone else maybe as there are many suitors , but importantly they will be investing in ASN and not PART OWNING THE GRP OR PBP there's a key difference here IMHO .

Anyway would be very interested in seeing you elaborate on the 15% JV scenario .
