Love your enthusiasm but I disagree
"%15 to fund and run the plant for the life of green river is on the table " ?
A) you haven't elaborated on where you get 15% from ?
B) run the plant ? how can Koch do that when they don't own the final product processes ?
C) if Koch want to go in it as you say why buy 15% ?
D) from ASNs perspective if they even wanted Koch to run the plant why give them a gift at 15% make them pay 40% maybe make them pay 51% and earn the right to do what they want .

Not a lot of what you've stated makes much sense BUT you haven't elaborated on your findings so hopefully when you do we can all understand the method , maybe the "8 JV in 5 years " will open up your rationale ?
