    yes I agree. It’s totally outrageous that the bonuses are not aligned with success for holders. Otherwise it looks more and more like some kind of lifestyle supporting subterfuge for staff that’s like a broken slot machine for holders that never pays out. I am really angry about what’s been done here. I am happy to reward staff if the company succeeds but they must also partake in the results of no success, not be rewarded for it.
