They'll certainly need something positive out if they don't want this to look bad. I haven't bothered to study the details but I suppose they'll offer any shortfall to 'sophisticated' investors. Even though we know the fall in the lithium price over the past two years is chiefly to blame, the pattern of having to do each CR at a lower price than the one before is neither a good look nor a winning formula. At the moment it's hard to see any strategic partner coming in with a fat wallet I'm afraid.
