… and also when they take the lazy (cheaper?) option of restricting the SPP to “shareholders with a registered address in Australia or NZ”.
This happens to me 9 times out of 10 (not eligible for the SPP), as a significant shareholder who is currently based in Singapore.
Companies are shooting themselves in the foot even more by doing this.
