Well said . You are correct in everything u stated. I’ve been in business all my working life and believe me have employed hundreds of people over the years and have learned some valuable lessons. I have always rewarded on performance and never rewarded failure cause it sends a bad message through the chain of command. It would be a cold day in hell when I rewarded someone who more than halved the vale of my company in less than 12 months. Give me a break. No no no.
