This is an indictment on NST.
In this process, some of the directors have been allotted $5,000,000 worth of shares, at a cost of $9 per share (which would now make those shares worth slightly less than $7,000,000 on a market price of $12.50), whilst retail shareholders are left with the crumbs, and the company does not even bother to explain how the crumbs are to be distributed.
