Yeah, I think this might be the scale back process. Given up to $30K was allowed, if a holder with say 500 shares should not get the same allocation as a holder with 5000 shares. For example, the holder of the larger parcel might get 500 shares allocated, but the holder of 500 shares might only get 50.
Lets wait and see.
