a stupid way to release the NR

i cant see it listed anywhere in any of the NRs about the placement

but certainly rules out anyone selling once they get their SPP docs to fund it

and probably doesnt matter how many shares they currently or previously had

probably rules out first in best dressed? although it might not

probably just the same scale back on everyone - but because its vague then its still vague... annoyingly

any 708s that were involved with the placement know the scale-back procedure?

and how do we get the NR writer sacked?
