Also, I find it extremely difficult to believe that the insto's received only 14% of their pre-existing holding volume after subscribing..It's HIGHLY likely that some of those insto's held ZERO shares of NST when pledging circa $100 million to the Placement.
This is all way too shady. There has been no disclosure.
