Copying and pasting this quote from the announcement again since you seem to be having trouble understanding it. It says nothing about the insto placement. It is stating that the scale back will be done using the same methodology as the placement. They are referring to this placement ($50M SPP) as it would make no sense to be referring to the insto placement, and if they were they would have specifically said that. But they didn't.

I get that you're angry and you've already gone all in on that. So you'll do the usual hotcopper thing and keep repeating false nonsense so you can pretend you have something to be angry about, but maybe you should just keep quiet until you get your shares. There'll be plenty of time for you to be angry next week on the off chance you end up being correct.
