Yes I agree, it could have been handled/communicated in a better way.
But nevertheless, I think its a fair deal for the convinced longer term shareholders (like myself). If the communicated numbers are correct, everybody with a little more than 23.000 shares will get the full allocation.
It seems like everybody gets up to 14 % of their current investment, the whole think is capped at 30.000 AUD, which favors the smaller shareholders, so all in all a good and fair deal. Why should some short-term speculator with 1000 AUD (or less) worth of stock profit disproportionately ?
Fact is, the share price is doing extremely well for a company that just diluted more than 10%. If that wouldn't be the case, people would not complain. Investors do believe that this company has way further to go and so do I.
