What about those that didn't participate, or dont fill up their 14% because they only put 5k down. And for those who think they are going to apportion based on shares held, do you think they have the time to trawl through the share register and work this out when the shares are to be trading on Monday. They aren't going to stuff around with that.
It will be whatever funds they raised, it will be scaled back as a proportion to your subscription to 50m. Its the easiest and simplest method and they will go with this.
So if they raised 500m, then it will get scaled back by 90%. If you put 5k down you end up with $500 worth of shares, if you put 30k down you will end up with 3k worth of shares.
And yes this means if you had 1 share and put 30k down then you will end up with 3k worth of shares.
