agree they have that wiggle room. I just think they have touted it as if shareholders will receive them in November. Particularly in the SPP messaging. As in, “cough up $30k don’t worry we will give you good news before SPP closes”.
totally agree they could easily rely on the wording to say it has been received and not announced for some time. But it would be another kick in the guts especially to anyone that faithfully supported the SPP. like last time. And when you keep doing that, you quickly lose shareholders faith and I’m hopeful Thomas doesn’t want to start his tenure the way Eric finished his.
I’d hope they have been received yesterday or today with an announcement Wed/Thurs on preliminary analysis. Bpay made on Thursday afternoon should be received in time before the 5pm Friday cut off.
