I’m intending to apply for the maximum $30k allocation in the SPP. However, I note this week’s announcement confirming the offer will close on Friday as originally proposed, but as yet, there has been no news on the Rafael 3D Seismic fast tracked interpretation which was flagged to holders in recent announcements and again on the recent presentation accompanying last week’s webinar as due by the end of November. Mr Nador reiterated this was due “in the next week” in the webinar. If the company is not in a position to release this market sensitive and vital information in time to give holders a chance to assimilate it before making a decision on their participation, will the company consider extending the SPP deadline? If the fast track interpretation has been received, but the company needs time to analyse it, then will the company also consider an immediate Trading Halt and extend the SPP deadline accordingly? If not, it seems to me, holders are being asked to gamble on the unknown.
