What a broken and unrealistic record!
Company's response (in my opinion):
We never said the fast track interpretation would be released to the market. In addition, fast track interpretation is, by definition, inherently uncertain such that it is not subject to any continuous disclosure obligations. In addition, the release of any preliminary information of this nature could have the potential to mislead investors currently determining whether to participate in the SPP, exposing the company to significant risk and liability.
Lastly, we have no need to extend, because the true believers have already oversubscribed. Come 5pm Friday you're either in (subject to scaleback) or you're out. We'd rather reward our loyal shareholders who have supported the company than those who are greedy and have expressly stated they are in it for themselves. [last para in my dreams]
