Placement & shares from the $14 have already been allotted. that with existing cash. KSN don't need cash for awhile. meaning SPP can die in the bum. There will be no take up. Because no sane person will pay more for what they can buy on market. Especially with the bookie is leading the death spiral.
Sorry the directors need to do more work. Have no problems with doing CR's. Have problems with who they are placed to. You place into the hands of investors you have spoken to and know that there is a high degree of confidence they won't sell.
IMO, i don't think the buyers and mums and dad investors should bail out the bookie. I say withdraw all bids and force them out at 10cents. Make them bleed. Teach them a lesson. Placement Flippers should feel pain.
Once they have been savaged burnt to death. It won't take much genuine buying to see KSN back at 30cents.
