1. Under the Offer, the Company seeks to raise a minimum of $1,500,000. Notwithstanding this, the Company reserves absolute discretion regarding the amount raised under the SPP.
   
   
2. 10.2. In the event of an oversubscription by the Closing Date the directors of the Company may, in their absolute discretion, accept or scale-back all applications on an equitable basis.
   
   
3. 10.3. If applications under the SPP are received in excess of $1,500,000, the Company retains the discretion to issue more Shares to satisfy all or part of such applications up to the maximum permitted under the ASX Listing Rules. If the Company rejects or scales back an application or purported application, the Company will promptly return to the shareholder the relevant application monies, without interest. "
   
   
   So not sure where you got the bit about they stated they will accept oversubscription from, can you copy the relevant section for us as I may have missed it
