In the end it's in eveyone's interest for the offer to be at about 13 cents (after the 15% discount), rather than 9 cents. It appears to restrict the uptake of the SPP and Top Up. All longterm holders want Lindi properly funded with minimum debt, so why try to restrict holders from participating?

Guess it may depend on take up volume, or perhaps percentages of holdings sold.

I mean if mum or dad sold $200 bucks worth of a $5000 holding for Macca's and a movie, surely they'd be right? (Or pay for elect (more boring ))
