It has not sold at $1.30 or less for a long time now. Archer have done plenty already to boost the SP above $1.45, in fact it hit $3. It has since declined for other reasons, mostly AFR bogus reporting which disrupted investor sentiment. This has been responded to, time to move on. No idea why you are so critical. You don't want to be running a charity, and for exactly this reason they need money for commercialisation. No point dwelling on the price, the main key important fact here is that they have secured funds for working towards commercialisation of their products. This is investment, not speculating.

you’re better off buying on market for under $1.45 plus you get the itech shares (woohoo!!!)

There seems to have been a plan that didn’t involve the SP dropping in 3 days to under the proposed SPP price.

@Tchak has every right to be critical, they’ve stuffed this up royally..

changing my sentiment to hold til I find out the results of all of this
