I agree with you. Also a BGS holder primarily because of the lithium.
The discount to current SP isn’t huge and no options.
My preference is to see it scaled back if it exceeds $25M and limit the number of shares.
The Leo offering is probably going to be more attractive assuming the Li price doesn’t reverse by then.
