Looks like WSP have got the timing wrong. Correct me if I'm wrong but $3.75 is 3.6% discount to the SP on 2/3/81 which is 8.8 % discount for Volume Weighted Average. Sophs already committed themselves to some $45 mil worth of shares on 2/3/21. Unfortunately, SP dropped to $3.35 in the last few days together with the rest of the market. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
