Why PGM did not opt for a CR last July after announcing the HOA beggers belief, the SP was around 20c, instead they waited for several months. The last CR was a disaster, no heavy lifting by the big holders and the overs weren't picked up. What has changed that would entice the large holders into this CR? A tanking SP corresponding with progressively bad news on the Offtake agreements doesn't inspire confidence. To Olympian and many of the other of the true believers I sincerely hope that PGM can turn things around and that you are richly rewarded. A few weeks back I took a 60% haircut on this stock, I figure that a bad loss is better than a very bad loss, though I still hold some options. Hoping for every-ones sake that those Offtakes get nailed before Sept. GLTA
