Well if it was offered to institutions like so many other stocks they would take their fill.
If it had of gone to institutions there would of been the usual uproar, so unfair to us little guys!
So here it is offered to us, ill take as much as i can afford in the next week or so, remembering it is funds the company need to progress further and make us all happier if you're a longer term holder wanting to see ARL do well.
