Wouldn't it be beautiful if people sold down above 16 to fund the SPP, then got locked out because they were a seller (this will be oversubscribed), then got squeezed trying to come back in- in the week they are suggesting they will flare gas.

I wouldn't be surprised if this SPP is closed by Thursday
