    most federal govt agencies have gone into 'caretaker' mode meaning no finalisations of any legislation affected cases until new govt annocunced. so we can forget about license until after new financial year more than likely. so unless there are any miraculous anns prior to escrowed shares being released, the sp may be seeing 40's in near future fo sure
