Couple of things that stood out to me,
"Onboarding of new customers requires significant initial investment on their behalf, which may discourage them from adopting BeeHive".
The use of the word 'significant' probably highlights why they've struggled to get traction.
"Additionally, the Company exists in a relatively fast-paced industry and is at risk of new technology becoming available that supersedes BeeHive. This may result in lower competitiveness or discounting required to continue to drive sales"
Doesn't sound great, and perhaps goes towards the 'significant' initial investment holding sales back. Hard to justify spending a lot for tech that may be superseded in short time.
