I was at the meeting to green light the SPP,voting was always going managements way..Met Rameez,had quick chat,do agree with his point about CR ,think we all agree management could have done at higher price and earier not rocket science to know you need cash..To raise money in this environment is very difficult and could say if they went to high maybe more stress would have come our way..The CR allowed me to buy more shares(if higher I doubt I would paticipated),also allowed all current holders to add to PEK coffers and recieve options..Now it is upto management to be proactive and sell this wonderful opportunity that they have been gifted..AH needs to not take his eyes off the ball(that is our worry),as development phase should be an exciting time for PEK..Twiggy Forest may be availiable soon,think he could get this off the ground!!!????Still looks bl##dy marvellous..Tech revolution not stopping anytime soon...
