    I'm with you on this one. I won't be investing in this spp.

    What can they achieve with only $1 million?

    This offer has come in at the same time as AVZ. At lease they have proven reserves. LRS doesn't have anything to go on and will need a lot more than $1 million to drill and fund other ongoing capex.
