The main problem is the distrust of the board. They have done nothing in almost 2 years that has been of benefit to shareholders.

It's embarrassing for them - how many people do you see on here say 'what are they going to mess up next' it's a comedy of errors.

Even the simple things like buying shares when you say you will, lodging documents on time, publishing update / T30s to keep shareholders informed, keeping up with the monthly updates when you say you will - but then only publish one.

It's really sloppy stuff. You can't really say these guys are directors of this company, directors are highly skilled professionals that wouldn't fluff these simple business tasks up. They're employees.

During Craig Hart's tenure he's been handing out shares like (as someone said before) like they're confetti. This would be fine if he was actually progressing the projects and building the shareholder value. But they are not. They have progressed diddly-squat (while being paid mind you) and caused massive massive dilution for current long term holders.

If they want people to treat them as a professional outfit and have faith in their ability to progress, they need to tidy up the slop.

There's an error in the table for the SPP for gods sake. This is really sloppy management.

If everyone on HC can pick up these errors and point out the ridiculousness, why are we paying these guys good money and just letting it slide?
