Based on the price action today (fridays are generally negative) and the fact that BPAY SPP orders need to be in by COB wednesday to guarantee the 2 business day BPAY transfer time to make sure your SPP order counts, my guess its be over-subscribed... i wonder how much the scaleback will be?
