I have the same problem with the ANZ share trading platform. I sold a small parcel of shares and it just gave me an average price for the share and would not allow me to choose which shares I have purchased so that I can adjust the capital gains. I decided not to blow steam as it was only a small amount I had sold.
I am planning, for the next tax year, that I will contact NST/Link for a copy of my entire NST share purchase record so I can do the share price manually.
I assumed that I was missing something (probably am!!) but interesting that you have the same problem!
