    Wont be Buru making the call, will be the advisor (on behalf of Buru) running the retail raise. Wilsons? ... Probably standard procedure to demonstrate value back to their client and be associated with oversubscribed raises. Could also be gauging how much might be able to be soaked up by SI or insto clients.
